Santera is committed to supporting causes and organizations that advance opportunities for communities in need.
Community Support
Mercado Global is a non-profit that empowers rural Latin American women to become entrepreneurs. Through donor-funded business education and leadership programs, we help women create community businesses to support themselves and their families. By designing collections for the international market while using traditional local weaving techniques, we are changing the status quo for women, communities, and the industry.
CHCF combines education, capacity-building, and advocacy to strengthen the support system and continuum of learning for children and youth
Founded in 1982, the Committee for Hispanic Children & Families provides programs that reach underserved, low- and moderate- income children and families throughout New York City and the home-based child care providers who serve them.
Hot Bread Kitchen is a nonprofit that creates economic opportunity through careers in food through our culinary training and incubator programs. At Hot Bread Kitchen, we aim to create economic mobility for individuals impacted by gender, racial, social, and/or economic inequality in New York City, historically using the vibrant potential of the food industry as a pathway forward.
City Harvest helped start the food rescue movement in 1982 when a group of New Yorkers saw that New York City had an abundance of excess food even while a large number of its residents struggled to feed themselves and their families.
For more than 40 years, Feeding America has responded to the needs of individuals struggling with food insecurity in this country. In times of uncertainty, we have not wavered from our mission to end the fight against hunger.
Since 1901, the New York Junior League (NYJL) has responded to New York City's most pressing socio-economic challenges. The Annual Winter Ball is the nonprofit's largest fundraiser, a celebration of its community projects and women volunteers. For the past few years, Santera Tequila has donated bottles for the annual ball's silent auction to help raise money for the organization.
