Santera begins in the volcanic highlands of Jalisco, where Blue Weber Agave is cultivated in mineral-rich red soil and harvested at full maturity. The result is a tequila shaped by place before it ever reaches the still, bright, grounded, and unmistakably Mexican.
The process honors traditional methods: slow cooking, careful fermentation, single-batch distillation and considered maturation. Nothing is rushed. Each stage is designed to preserve the natural character of the agave while building texture, balance and depth.
The Santera collection brings that heritage into a modern expression: Blanco for clarity and freshness, Reposado for rounded oak and spice, and Añejo for deeper structure, warmth and complexity.
