Tasting notes
Nose: fresh agave and white pepper. Palate: soft citrus and cooked piña. Finish: clean, mineral, long.
How it is made
Each agave piña undergoes a long, slow roasting period followed by extended fermentation, using distillation methods that date back centuries under master distiller Augustín Sánchez.
