Nose: leather, dried fruit and tobacco. Palate: dark caramel, oak and subtle chocolate. Finish: long and layered.

How it is made

Slow-roasted piñas and extended fermentation, then an extended rest in American oak before blending, balanced by master distiller Augustín Sánchez.
