Add first five ingredients to a shaker. Shake and double strain into collins glass over ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.

- 1.5 oz. Santera Tequila Añejo
- 0.75 oz. Passionfruit Juice
- 0.75 oz. Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz. Agave Syrup
- 4 Mint Leaves
- Ginger Beer
- Lime Wheel and Mint Sprig for Garnish
