Pineapple Mojito

Add all ingredients to a shaker set with ice, shake and strain into a collins glass over fresh ice, garnish with a pineapple garnish

- 1.5 oz Santera Blanco Tequila
- .75 oz Pineapple Syrup
- (blend pineapple with simple syrup)
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- 4 Mint Leaves
- Pineapple for Garnish
