Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Shake and double strain into a champagne flute. Top with prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist.

- 1 oz. Santera Tequila Reposado
- 0.5 oz. Cappeletti Aperitivo
- 0.5 oz. Lo-fi Aperitif
- 0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Prosecco
- Crushed Black Peppercorn
- Lemon Twist for Garnish
